The minute you set foot on our five bedroom vacation rental, you will feel completely at home. You will enjoy the open ambience, even with larger groups, our home never feels crowded. In every area, interior or exterior, you will experience luxury and comfort. The feature you will enjoy the most is the full open patio door that makes living indoors feel as if you are still outdoors. Our windows and glass doors stretch from one wall to the next, creating incredible interior natural light.

The main home is a three bedroom, three and a half bathroom open home will be the perfect setting for you to enjoy ocean views. The newest addition to our property is our two identical new bedrooms added on for even more space. You need to exit the house, through the beautiful garden courtyard to these bedrooms.

The kitchen layout is designed to feel like you are cooking outdoors. All bright white colors and finishing, making a clean feel and the kitchen features gas stovetop range and oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, two door fridge & filtered water, and dishwasher.  

The kitchen looks onto the open dining room & large living room space! Large patio glass doors that fully open, featuring an accordion screen to keep the bugs out and allow fresh air still!

The infinity pool and exterior area includes full ocean view, a comfortable lounger, pool chairs, outdoor dining table and gas BBQ.

Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom features king bed, sliding glass doors that open onto pool area and full ocean view. A/C unit with temperature control. Full closet with safe to keep your valuables in. Ensuite bathroom features large bathtub and a standalone shower.

Secondary bedroom with ensuite bathroom features queen bed, sliding glass doors that onto pool area and full ocean view. A/C unit with temperature control. Full closet and additional single mattress to put on the ground for more sleeping space. Ensuite bathroom features full shower and toilet.

Third bedroom with ensuite bathroom features queen bed, sliding glass doors to the back garden. A/C unit with temperature control. Full closet and additional single mattress to put on the ground for more sleeping space. Ensuite bathroom features full shower and toilet.

Fourth and fifth bedrooms which are separate from the main house, are identical. Each feature a queen and single bed, and full bathroom. Air-conditioning units in each room. There is no hot water provided in these new bathrooms. Each room has its own entrance as well. Front slider doors view onto the garden courtyard and the back of the house.

Our neighborhood is special, as you feel like you are on top of the world! Away from the bustle of tourism but close enough, a quick 4 minute drive to main Playa Grande and the beach. Grocery store located 2 minute drive from our house.
