The open kitchen features vaulted ceilings, a nice large window with views to the front yard, and a wood breakfast bar.  This cooking space is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and blender and overlooks the living area.

This large living space features vaulted ceilings, built-in bench seating as well as various types of tropical lounge chairs and a large flat screen TV.  From this central space you have access to all bedrooms and the outdoor garden.

The center two bedrooms each feature king size beds and brand new comfortable mattresses, large windows, vaulted ceilings, closet and counter space.  Both room have their own a/c unit & ceiling fan and feature hand painted wall murals.

The back end of the living area opens up directly onto the front yard garden and features glass window blocks and comfy hammock-style chairs.  A great spot to listen to the waves roll in. 

The third bedroom is the latest addition to Casa Swell Life.  Equipped with a king size bed and featuring large glass block windows, a/c unit and ceiling fan.  This area features a large entryway with great wood features and unique artwork.

At the other end of the entryway is the second bathroom.  This large space features tall ceilings, bamboo finishes, a custom made hardwood sink, lots of open shelf space, hand-carved door and a large open shower area.

Shared laundry space.

Just off the backyard is the short sandy path to the beach.  Take a refreshing morning stroll, check the waves or just sit back and take in the picturesque sunset.

Playa Grande boasts golden sands, beautiful sunsets, Leatherback turtle nesting and world class waves.  All of this is just outside your back door!
